Joe Sweeney is a high energy, optimistic, motivational sales and business leader who’s committed to help individuals and organizations perform at a higher level and grow.

Joe has lived in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Madison, WI and worked and consulted for numerous companies from start-ups to large multinational corporations to help increase sales and improve company culture.

Earning in excess of $100k in his first year of a 100% commission sales job with Tiger Financial, Joe went on to more than triple his earnings the following year while finishing #1 in the Midwest region. He was promoted to run a sales team of 25 people in his mid 20s, where he was responsible for hiring, training, and overall sales strategy. In less than a year in management, the office increased revenue 361% and new accounts increased 248% while generating over a two million dollars increase in revenue for the firm.

Joe believes with the right mindset, tools, discipline and training any person or business can perform at a higher level and produce better results.

Joe has over 10 year of successful sales and business growth experience “in the trenches” and has read over 400 books on sales, business, success and personal development. He has a wealth of sales and business knowledge to share with you and your team that translate into results.

He believes in going the extra-mile for clients, being a constant learner and student of the business and recommends any sales representative or business looking to increase sales do the same.
